Built by operators who still answer the phones.
Wirescale is a Seattle-based marketing & automation agency for service businesses. Our founding team owns and operates active HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies — and built Wirescale because nothing on the market actually understood the work.
We didn't set out to start a marketing agency. We set out to stop losing jobs.
Our team has built and currently runs service businesses. We've been the dispatcher at 11pm on a Friday. We've missed Yelp leads while a tech was on a callback. We've paid for ad clicks that never became phone calls because nobody picked up.
Every "solution" we tried was built by someone who had never sat at our desk. CRMs that didn't understand splits. Phone agents that couldn't transfer to a real dispatcher. Marketing tools that gave us slides instead of booked jobs. So we built our own.
Wirescale is what happens when service-business owners build the marketing agency they always wished existed — one that answers the phones, runs the ads, dispatches the techs, and reports in plain English. We use it ourselves every day.
Four things we believe about service-business marketing.
Operator-led, not VC-built
Every product decision goes through a tech, a dispatcher, and an owner before it ships. If it doesn't make money or save time on a Friday afternoon, it doesn't ship.
We run what we sell
Our team owns and operates active service businesses today. Wirescale powers our own dispatch board, our own phones, and our own payroll. You're never the test customer.
Channels, not vendors
We're not loyal to any platform. Yelp, Google LSA, Thumbtack, Meta — we go where your customers are looking, and we cut what isn't producing.
Reporting that owners actually read
Cost per booked job. Channel ROI. What got cut, what got doubled. One dashboard, one weekly email — no jargon, no fluff.

Bring a week of your call log to the call. We'll show you which leads got dropped, what they were worth, and exactly how Wirescale would have closed them.
